Elvis 1

Hi, my name is Elvis. Don't why they named me Elvis, but maybe it's because I am one handsome fellow. I am a Lab/Shar Pei mix, and am about one year old. I weigh about 60 pounds, and shouldn't be much bigger unless you spoil me with lots of treats. I was adopted as a young boy, but my previous owners obviously tired of having me around, because they took me to the pound, and told them to "put me to sleep". WOWEEE!! Thankfully I am microchipped, and it was discovered that I was formerly in the Scouts Honor Rescue program. Scouts Honor Rescue was contacted, and now I am in a great foster home.

My foster Mom can't understand why or what led my previous owners to decide not to keep me. I am a very mellow guy. Unfortunately, my previous owners did not take time to teach me "house manners' but foster mom is working on that. She says I am doing extremely well. I sleep in my crate at night, and know sit. We are working on other commands as well. I walk very well on a leash, and I just want to be close to you. I've only been here about 2 weeks. I have a foster sister that I like to play with, but she's kind of snooty (even for a pitbull). I have been neutered, and up to date on all of my shots.
