Dusty

Meet Dusty! Dusty is a super cute Beagle mix that was turned into BARC (Houston pound) by his owner, along with his brother Paco. They both languished at BARC with people looking at them but no one ever taking them home. Paco eventually found someone to save him, but Dusty still sat there saddened by the loss of his home and then his buddy. Well, Scout's Honor heard that Dusty had been there so long that his time had run out, and we knew we could not let him suffer a horrible fate so we bailed him out. 

Dusty is a super friendly guy with big brown eyes that just melts your heart when you look at him. He is so loveable and cuddly, you know you just want to bring him home and cuddle on the couch with him. He's a very low-key kind of boy and is just fine with other dogs of various sizes.  He’s a fun-loving little guy and is a social butterfly.  He would be great for any family!

Please consider letting Dusty come into your home. He won't take up much room, but will give you a houseful of love if you let him in. Dusty is only about a year old and weighs approximately 35-40 pounds.  He’s house-trained and crate-trained and very well-mannered.
