Meet Dot!! Dot was picked up by animal control in La Porte and spent 2 very long months at the pound waiting for rescue..the animal control workers said Dot was such a fabulous girl that they kept her alive far beyond the usual hold for strays to try and get her the second chance she deserved! Lucky for Dot, a kind volunteered offered to foster her so she could be saved and she is now safe and sound! She is so so sweet and her foster mom said she understands why everyone worked so hard to save this baby!!! Dot is a 1-2 year old, female, staffordshire terrier mix. She weighs about 60 pounds and is full grown! She is housetrained and very smart and seems to learn very quickly. She is also excellent and loves to play with other dogs, especially her foster brothers. Dot also loves kids and is very friendly but due to her size would probably do best in a home with children over 10.
