Meet Dixie! Dixie is an 11 week old, happy go lucky, sweet, precious little tomboy of a puppy. She is possibly a Lab, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Hound mix. She is a beautiful buckskin color with a black muzzle and a splash of white on her chest and paws. Dixie was rescued along with her sister Belle from the City of La Porte Animal Control. She is a very calm and confident girl. She is a quick learner and has already learned how to sit; and can you believe already crate trained? Dixie like her sister loves to play fetch with her ball or any other toy that is tossed for her. In fact she is so smart that she anticpates where her ball is going to be tossed and quickly runs ahead to retrieve it. A favorite game is tug of war and she also takes great pleasure in snatching toys away from her sister!
