Welcome to the SHR family Dave! Dave was picked up as a stray roaming the streets, and ended up at Harris County Animal Control. This sweet little guy was just sitting in the shelter and you could see that he was so sad to be there. When we picked him up we noticed him perk up a bit. He rode great in the car on his freedom ride.

He is very friendly little guy. He is a little shy at first, but after a second or two he warms up to you. Dave is a small guy and weighs only abou t 30 pounds. He's about 5-6 years old.  He has pretty wavy black fur. Some of his fur is missing right now, likely due to being on the streets and scratching, but with a bath and a little time, he will have a beautiful coat. Please give this little guy a second chance at life. He is very sweet and will take up very little space in your home, but a lot of space in your heart.
