THE SUPER CRIME FIGHTING CANINE…………………….. CUP, CUP, CUP..

CUP, CUP…. CUP, CUP, CUP…… CUPCAKE!!!! 

Ok, soo I don’t find crime but my bark might scare off an impending burglar if needed, so at least I’ll keep you safe.  I currently live with 3 foster siblings (a Malamute, a beagle/lab mix, and an elderly lab who has really bad cataracts). I run mostly with the Malamute as he is closest to my energy level and age. I’m approximately 1.5 years and a Dachshund mix of some sort. My head and lanky body lend to the Dachshund part; however, I would like to say that I don’t have stubby legs like they do which makes me moderately tall (in your human vernacular). Needless to say, I don’t have little dog syndrome or a Napoleonic complex. 

I’m housetrained but not crate trained….unless my foster mom is trying to clip my nails then I will gladly utilize the crate as a safe house. I currently sleep on the edge of the bed at nite but am more than willing to share as I often have to make room for my Malamute friend, Belloc. Don’t get me wrong I’m not some kind of pushover, but I also have a little common sense and know where I fit into the order of the pack. I do require a lot of head rubs and a moderate amount of exercise when I’m not in doggie daycare which I love btw. I’m definitely not a loner and enjoy the company of my canine companions. If a cat was my size and liked to play chase I may be ok with a feline companion and at one point think they are a funny looking canine.

I love cow hooves, treats of any sort and NFL Football. So excited the season will begin shortly!

I will make you really happy if you adopt me and entertain you endlessly with my Cupcake-isms.

PS. Forgot to mention that I have one non-functional limb. Doesn’t affect me a bit and I waited to tell you at the end of my personal  AD because if I opened with that you would think disabled pup and tune out all the fabulous details I just told you as to why I would make a great addition to your family.

Ok, here’s some more info on me from Scout’s Honor - Cupcake has a leg deformity that has caused her to not be able to use one of her front legs at all. We had her leg checked out and x-rayed and the vet thinks that she was just born this way. Her leg does not hurt her at all and it does not slow her down a bit.  She is the most loving and gentle little dog you will ever meet. She will give you gentle kisses if you let her and loves nothing more than to just sit with you and be petted. Cupcake gets along very well with all other dogs. She also likes to going on daily strolls or jogs.

We can't even begin to describe how sweet this girl is. Please let her into your home, we promise she will grab a hold of your heart and never let go.  She would be a GREAT family pet as she gets along well with all people and kiddos.  She is a great indoor dog, very well-behaved and loves to be close by.
