Colt

Colt is a 2-3 year old male Rottweiler who was due to be euthanized at Rosenberg Animal Control until we were contacted.  When the lady from Rosenberg Animal Control contacted us, she said that Colt was not eating and was depressed, as if he knew his pending fate.  Well, we could not stand by and let that happen to this precious boy. 

Colt is a very sweet boy who is a bit shy at first, but warms up to you after a few minutes of petting him and of course giving him treats (which he LOVES).  Colt is a little underweight right now, about 65 pounds, but he is being fed well and should put his weight back on in no time.  He has visited with other dogs through the fence at the vet's office and does not seem to have a problem with them.  If you sit on the floor with him he will just sit by you and snuggle up to you as long as you will pet him.
