Meet Chick!

Chick was found on the deer lease near Yoakum approximately 3 years ago and was probably less than a year old.  She was laying near a pond with a broken hind leg had possibly been gored and very near death.  She was wearing a GPS device and was possibly being trained for hog hunting. 

Her amazing finders made numerous efforts to locate her owner with no results.  They brought her home and nurtured her back to health.  She knew she was SAFE and made a quick recovery.  She is very sweet , loves people and attention, and very intelligent. 

Unfortunately, Chick has lost her dad and now needs a new forever home.  Despite all she has gone through, Chick has never given up and we want desperately to help her find a forever home.
