I'm Charlie.  I was saved by Scout's Honor Rescue and some other good people who had been feeding me and my friend after we were dumped in a park by some not so nice people. Unfortunately, my little friend has disappeared and no one can find her. I'm very upset about that, but thankful I am safe (they promised they would keep looking for her).

I'm a petite little girl, only about 40lbs or so.  I haven't had the easiest life, but I know it will be ok now.  My ears are little bitty due to an injury of some kind that I have blocked out of my mind. And, my eyes are dry so the nice people have started me on some drops and wow that feels good.

So I went to see an eye specialist and he said I have Entropian and have to have surgery!  That's scary, but I know I will feel 100% better when my eye lashes that are turned inwards don't rub my eyeballs anymore.

People haven't always been nice to me so I take a little bit of time to warm up and be comfortable but once I trust you I just melt.  I'm also a spunky little girl if you just give me a chance!

I'm safe boarding now, but I'd really love to be in a home on a soft bed where I can be loved on. I am currently heartworm positive (not contagious) and am undergoing "slow-kill" treatment. But please don't let that keep you from meeting me. The people at Scout's Honor will be happy to discuss it with you, and I expect to live a long, happy life...will it be by your side?
