Chance 3

Meet Chance!! He is a one of kind and one of the cutest little boys you will ever meet! Chance was rescued from Stafford Animal Control where he was set to be put down...all the other dogs in the pound with him had been rescued and he was the only one left..well the kind people at Scout's Honor thought he deserved a second chance at life and rescued him! He is now safe and sound and just waiting for a home of his very own.

Chance appears to be a little Patterdale terrier mix of sorts. He currently weighs 20 pounds but is on the thin side and we expect to fill out and put on a little more weight and think he will weigh about 30 pounds. He is about 6-8 months old but still very much a little puppy BUT don't let his little size fool you -- Chance already has all of his adult teeth! He's one of those lucky dogs that will probably look like a little puppy forever.

Chance is VERY smart and learns so quickly - his foster mom said he was the smartest dog she'd ever met :) He is very loving and just wants to be with his person. He is fabulous with other dogs and cats too. Patterdale Terriers bond strongly with their owners, are intelligent, eager to please, easy to train, loyal, affectionate and naturally become part of the family which describes this little man to a tee. He is a very happy little boy too and is just a joy to be around. Whatever family decides to adopt him will be very lucky!!
