Can you image how awful that was for this poor baby????? Look at this face and tell me how anyone could do that to him!! The great family that saved this baby can't keep him long. They have named him Casper and he is about 2 years old and weighs 25 pounds full grown. He is SUPER sweet & loving, gets along great with the lab in the house and LOVES kids!!
