Meet Cash!  He was a sweet lab that Scout’s Honor Rescue saved from BARC after he had been hit by the car.  We rushed Cash to the ER with a sadden look on his sweet face.  Today Cash is recouping in his foster home and loving life!  Just look at the smile on his face!  His wound still looks awful, but look at how happy this dog is!  All of this trauma didn't kill his spirit.  It is hard to believe this happy, handsome man was injured and living at the city shelter.

Cash is a 2 year old Labrador Retriever who is currently up for adoption through Scout’s Honor Rescue.  He is happy, friendly and ready to play.  Cash knows all his basic commands like sit, stay, come, etc.  He also knows how to work that sweet face for some loving from his humans.  He is housetrained, not a barker and already gets to sleep in the bedroom with his foster parents. He is an angel in the house and absolutely loves to play with all other dogs!  Cash is neutered, up to date on shots, micro-chipped and heartworm negative.  He currently weighs right at 70 pounds and we expect he will continue to put on a few pounds now that he is feeling better.  We will continue to cover all of Cash’s medical treatment & expenses until he is completely healed from his injuries.  In the meantime, they aren’t slowing this boy down a bit.
