Meet Cammie! A happy and joyful little love bug best describes her. If you are looking for a buddy that will be completely devoted to you and one who loves people, you have to meet Cammie.
This sweet dog found her way to the front door of her rescuer seeking help late one night. How she knew which house she would receive shelter and food from, we can only imagine. When she first arrived, Cammie was cold, starving, ill, and appeared lonely and sad. After a few weeks of tender loving care she exudes happiness and joy and is quite the robust yet trim dog she was meant to be. This petite girl who is on the small side at 35 pounds for a Pit Bull is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever fostered. She is a highly intelligent dog who quickly learned the commands sit and crate. She is crate trained and housebroken. She is also quite the courteous one and is happy to let her playmates retrieve throw toys for her.
We believe Cammie is about 10 months old. She is a beautiful blue, with a faint underlying brindle coat. As an American Staffordshire Terrier, she also sports a sparkly white chest with full white socks on her front paws with matching toe socks on her back paws. She has a blue nose to match her coat and warm honey colored eyes. Cammie would do well to have another dog as a playmate in her new home. She adores her foster dog mates and has great fun running and playing with them. She also loves the cats in the family and wants only to gently help them clean out their food bowl. She enjoys playing with her stuffed toys and chew bones as well as long walks in the neighborhood. Cammie is a very gentle with people and pets alike and has a calm demeanor.
