Calvin

Please meet beautiful Calvin!  Calvin was found with another stray running buddy (Bandit) wandering the mean streets. Luckily for him he was shortly off to the vet to be checked out and was miraculously found to be really healthy and heartworm negative!

 Calvin is about 1 to 2 years old and is approximately 35 pounds. He is fully vetted, microchipped, and crate trained. We think that he is just one of those awesome Heinz 57 dogs with some Weimaraner and Lab mixed in him.

 Calvin has beautiful big ears; all the better to hear your commands! He is very attentive and is a really smart dog. We are sure that with some time and training he could learn lots of commands. Right now, he can sit and give you his paw. Calvin is also very loyal and follows his foster mum all over the house. Calvin loves to play with other dogs and loves his time at doggie day care. We are not sure about cats, but think that he may be better in a house without cats.

Calvin is a young energetic dog and needs lots of exercise; he would love to go running with you or on a long walk or to the dog park. Given his energy level and exuberance we think that he would be better in a home without very young children
