Please meet adorable Buttercup! Buttercup is a lab mix (possibly pittie?) and is about 7 months old. She is absolutely precious! Buttercup was rescued from the Sugar Land Animal Control when her time was up. Buttercup is in a temporary foster home so she could recover after her spay, but she has to go to a new home by this weekend! Buttercup is a VERY sweet puppy. She is wonderful with all dogs and kids. Buttercup “says” all the right things to other dogs -- licking faces, rolling over, play bowing. She loves to go on walks, is learning how to walk on a leash, and loves to play in mud puddles! She has spent a little time with kitties – she thinks they are really cool but does not chase them. She is not a big barker, unless she is inviting another dog to play with her. Buttercup loves to play tug of war and is getting pretty good at fetching. I rescued Buttercup because she is the spitting image of my dog Lloyd. Lloyd is such a wonderful dog, I could not bear for something to happen to a dog that could be his sister! As noted, Buttercup’s temporary foster cannot keep her past this weekend.
