Meet Buster!

This sweet boy found himself stuck in a shelter and had no idea the danger he was in.  Despite shelters normally being scary places, this boy was happy go lucky the whole time and greeted everyone with a big labby smile and a wagging tail, just waiting on his family to come get him.  Unfortunately, they never came so we had to bust him out!

Though we thought he couldn't get happier, his freedom ride showed his relief.  This big boy was happy to be in the safety of the SHR family!

Buster is approximately 7 years old, friendly with other dogs and loves people!  He rides well in a car and has manners even in an elevator where his first foster family lived.  He loves to play fetch and though he's a typical labby boy, he's an adult and had mellowed out and found his calm.  Buster is heartworm positive, but don't let that scare you!  He is being treated and we'd love to talk with you more about that.  He has a few extra lbs, but that will be fixed in no time with the exercise he's getting in his foster home.
