Have you ever wanted a little version of a doggie...something that is small and petite....then meet our little Brodie boy!! Hi, I'm Brodie and am approximately 11 months old. Before I came to live with my foster mom, I spent most of my life at the BARC facility (its the city pound). I came there with all my brothers and sisters when we were tiny puppies...I lived for 3 very long months (1/2 my life which is a very long time, especially in dog years!). Since I came into the Scout's Honor adoption program, I have been living with my foster mom and doggie sister and I LOVE family life!!! I love being inside with my foster sister and foster mom and finally being part of a "family" since its something that I've never had before. Besides that, she has the neatest doggie doors, and I can go outside to potty, eat acorns or overflow from the bird feeder, or to just enjoy the sunshine. When I first got out of BARC I was kind of skinny, and my coat was rather dull. Now my coat glistens when I am in the sun, and my skin is no longer dry. I also did not hold my tail up high, but now I have the prettiest (foster mom's description) "curly que" tail. I sleep in the crate, and have stay there when foster mom leaves the house. I don't fuss about that. I am now very self-confident, and I am looking for a forever home and family to share the rest of my life with. Brodie is looking for a loving person who can show Brodie all the wonderful things and people that this world has to offer...far beyond the steel cage that he has known as home up until now....Brodie will be just like a lovely flower that will bloom right before your eyes...you will see the wonder and amazement as he gets to experiencve the fun of a long walk..the smell of flowers..chasing a butterfly...long belly rugs...playing ball in the yard...and cuddling in the lap of someone that loves him very much. We think Brodie is a little possibly a little Schipperke mix, maybe a little chow and 100% cutness!!! If you are looking for a loving, fun-loving companion, this is your boy!!! Please consider opening your home and your heart to this sweet boy!! He's up to date on all of his shots, neutered and also microchipped!! Brodie is fully housetrained and also knows how to use a doggie door! He is very smart and learns very quickly! He is just one fabulous doggie!!
