Meet Blackjack!!!  Blackjack and his best buddy Shiner were found together by a nice young family out walking their dogs one day.  The family looked and looked for their family but had no luck finding them and started to worry they had been on their own for a while or possibly dumped, either way, they knew they had to jump in and help these two deserving doggies!  Shiner and Blackjack are both very sweet, easy dogs.  They are great with other dogs, cats and even young children.  Blackjack is about 1-2 years old.  He weighs about 58lbs right now but as you can see from the pics, he is on the thin side and really needs to gain some weight.  Blackjack is has a darling, sweet personality and is energetic and loves playing with toys and other dogs, especially Shiner.  He will make a great companion for another dog who needs a playmate, but will also be fine as an only dog. Blackjack is very treat motivated and eager to please so highly trainable and so much potential to teach him new things. Blackjack loves to get out and go for walks and hikes and will make a great exercise companion.  He loves meeting new people and has never met a stranger.  Blackjack is learning to walk on leash and other basic obedience and doing great – he is just a great dog.

Blackjack is a darling American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pitbull Terrier mix; he is 1-2 years old and weighs about 58lbs.  He is up to date on shots, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and been wormed; he is also up to date on heartguard and frontline.
