Meet Bentley the strikingly handsome Husky who was recently rescued from death row at the Brazoria County Pound where he was found wandering the streets after Hurricane Ike hit - its really a miracle he survived and now he just needs a home of his very own. Just take one look at those wonderfully blue eyes and we promise, you'll fall in love with this wonderful dog.

Bentley is about a year or so old, about 45 pounds, is neutered, micro chipped and heartworm negative. He is totally house trained and gets along wonderfully with other dogs his size. His foster dad has a couple of malamutes and he loves to play with them. He is a loving boy and rides extremely well in the car. He is a sweet boy and loves to snuggle. He would make someone a great companion or a great family pet. He loves to be inside with his humans and is calm in the house. He really thinks he is a lap dog and loves nothing more than a good belly rub. Bentley is a very gentle soul that loves his playtime. He also enjoys trotting around the yard and would make a great companion for someone who liked to take walks or exercise. Bentley is also very good with kids of all ages and sizes. He is super smart and learns so so quickly - he already comes when called. Due his breed, Bentley would do best in a home without cats or other small animals.
