Bear

Meet Bear. He is a sweet, cuddly boy who is between 2 and 3 years old. He was found running in a park with a Lab puppy. After running out in the street, his foster pulled over and opened the back door of her car and asked if he wanted a ride. He jumped in the backseat and immediately crawled up in the front passenger’s seat like he belonged there. He weighs about 80 pounds and is absolutely beautiful. He is very well-mannered and appears to have been well cared for in the past. He appears to have been trained. He knows how to sit, stay and shake. He comes when called. He is kennel-trained and house-trained. He actually goes straight to his kennel when brought inside and stays there, until he is called out. He is good on a leash as well.

His most favorite thing in the world is to play ball! He runs, fetches, brings it back and drops it at your feet waiting for it to be thrown again.  He will play as long as you will throw! He loves to be petted and cuddled with.  He's good with other dogs and was extremely patient with the Lab puppy he was found with. The puppy jumped, crawled and literally chewed on him to the point that he had sores on his ears. He enjoyed wrestling and playing with the puppy and seemed to miss him when the puppy found a forever home. He absolutely loves getting attention.  He seems to be just fine with cats as well, he just ignores them.

He needs a forever home where he will be loved unconditionally and with someone who will play ball with him! He is just looking for a best friend and companion, someone he can love with all his heart and will love him.
