Annie 6

Introducing (according to her foster mom) Annie “the sweetest dog ever”! Annie was taken from BARC a couple months back. Scout's Honor Rescue enrolled her into their program and put her in to a wonderful foster home until she had healed from the mange. You can note from the before photos, she looked like a little pink elephant bless her precious sole. She had only hours to break out of the slammer so we snatched her up, who could resist. She has now blossomed into one attractive and beautiful socialite. You can see her with her mom at the Boneyard Drinkery. She is the bell of the ball as they say and would introduce herself to everyone there. While she loves to play with other dogs she loves people and loves sitting in your lap or by your side on the couch  – When she gets excited her whole body wiggles as she wags her tail.  She has the sweetest face with big ears and one ear is usually up while the other is down. Although she has big feet we do not think she will get much bigger and she currently weights about 40-45lbs and we believe she is about 7 to 9 months old. Annie is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and has a little bit more hair growth but she is actively looking for her forever home.

Annie is good with a small number of dogs however when there are lots of dogs at a dog park she gets a little intimidated and is super submissive. She never growls or shows her teeth and she is not food aggressive. She basically has zero bad traits. She is also great with cats and sleeps with her foster mom and their cats.

As mentioned, she recently went to the Boneyard Drinkery – dog park. She was hilarious – Annie wanted to make friends with every person there and when we would look around for her she had usually found someone’s lap to sit in – she must have gone to every bench in the yard to say hello. This is just a great dog with a wonderful disposition and I am sure that she would be great with kids and make a great family pet – she is great!
