Friends, Introducing ADORABLE Angie! This little girl came from Sugar Land Animal Control. She was found as a sick, sick puppy, without any hair and covered in sores. She had demodex mange (the NONcontagious kind). The wonderful people at SLAC found her and nursed her back to health, and as you can see, she has all her beautiful hair back. She lived at the shelter for FIVE of her short seven months, and we finally pulled her about 2 weeks ago. She is thriving at her foster home, where she plays in the back yard and loves on the kids. Angie is a fun, energetic little girl and loves kids, adults, and other dogs. She shows a lot of interest in the family cats, but we believe, with some patience, that such behavior can be trained out of her. Angie is housetrained and has never had an accident in the house. She loves to go on walks and would probably make someone a great running partner. Angie has the cutest short, crooked tail! We are not sure how it became crooked, but it obviously was broken when she was a little babe. It doesn't bother her and only gives her character! Angie is about 35 pounds, up to date on her shots, and is heartworm negative. Angie is scheduled for a spay at SNAP, but is available for adoption now.
