Please take a look at these cute, sweet ladies!!! These two lovely ladies are sisters and bless their hearts, they were picked up by animal control in La Porte and their owners refused to come pick them up!!!! These poor girls have waited patiently in the sweltering heat in the pound, waiting for their owner to come rescue them but they never showed and they were out of time. Their papers were pulled for them to be put to sleep this morning when the volunteers at Scout's Honor banded together and made a plan to spring them to safety!!! Just in the nick of time (literally), they were rescued today!! And believe me, these are two very happy girls!!! Abby is the shepard/aussie mix. She is approximately 3 years old, she weighs 40 pounds, is up to date on all of her shots, spayed, micro-chipped and is heartworm negative. Painter is the aussie mix and is approximately 8 months old, she weighs 36 pounds, is up to date on all of her shots, spayed, micro-chipped and is heartworm negative. Both of these girls are full grown and won't get any bigger. They have excellent personalities, they get along great with other dogs, love people and just two very good dogs that need another chance with a home that will love them forever and ever!! They are quite attached to each other and Abby is quite the little mother to Painter -- they are very cute together BUT they do not have to be adopted together!!!
