Abby is a sweet lab girl who was given up by her owners and really wants to get back into a home ASAP. She is just a few months shy of being 2 years old, weighs 80 pounds, rides great in a car and is housebroken. She is great with kids and loves everyone she meets! She is a sweetie! You have probably all seen the pleas going around to save her and yesterday we just couldn’t stand it anymore and had to get her! I was able to take Abby out in the yard where she proceeded to do laps like a race car driver – she was in HEAVEN. Of course, every lap required a short stop when she got back to me so that she could give me a big schmooch before making the next lap around the yard. When she was done playing, she came over and rolled over for a quick belly rub and then climbed up into my lap to go to sleep. Abby was already spayed, she is now up to date on shots, micro-chipped, HW negative and on preventative. Since we had to get Abby out yesterday, we had to put her at a kennel until we have a foster open up. Boy, she sure would like to do some laps again real soon!!!
