Tofu

Friends,

Please meet our precious kittens – Sake, Tofu, & Soy.  These dressed-for-success kittens found their way into our program (and now our hearts) back in mid-July.  A volunteer was getting out of her car at Whole Foods when she saw a commotion.  These 3 cuties & their sister, Miso (who has been adopted) had climbed up into the engine of another car and rode all the way to Whole Foods before anyone heard their cries.  They dropped out one by one into the parking lot where they were quickly scooped up & taken to safety.

Now they are healthy happy kidos looking for a place to call their own.  If I had to guess who their parents were, it would go something like this.  Their Mom was long & lean with eyes so beautiful, it stopped their daddy in his tracks.  Their Dad must have been a dapper young man with quite the sense of style & a charming personality. Together, these 4 babies were born and inherited all their traits.  What a good looking family!  They are stunningly gorgeous with their crisp black coats, white feet and whiskers, and beautiful eyes.  Each one has a different personality, each to match their cute little faces.  Tofu is the big brother & protector of the group & has a Charlie Chaplin mustache.   Soy is the mirror image of her brother, has a fluffier coat than her siblings & is ever so curious.  Then there is tiny, delicate, wispy Sake.  Sake is the smallest of the litter & definitely takes the little sister role of the group.  She follows the group on their latest antic & never goes before them.  Soy is a sweetie who loves to play.  Chasing feathers is her number one goal in life.  Tofu is after the same feather – in-air collisions are common.  He also loves treats & cheese – he’s quite bold about it.  Sake is petite & very stunning, shy but is quite the player.  Her favorite toy is a fuzz ball – she runs all over the house with it in her mouth.  All of them love their big foster brother, Leo, who also loves them.  When they wake up they all go to him & push on him as he gives them their post-nap bath.  Miso & Sake have also just discovered TV & are fascinated by it. 

All of them are just wonderful, sweet, gorgeous kitties!!  They play well with other cats outside of their litter, they are quite the little squeakers.  They have the sweetest little voices. Batting around toys, playing with just about anything that dangles & having daily wrestle mania with each other are just a few of their favorite things.  They are all 5 months old & are ready to start their lives with their new forever families.
