I know you’ve heard that a male orange tabby is very affectionate and loveable. Well, guess what? I’m a laidback female orange tabby who has that same personality. Did you know that only 1 in 10 orange tabbies are females? That makes me even more super special!! I’m Sarah, an approximately two-year old beautiful furkid who wandered up on my foster mom’s deck. She immediately brought me in and I took no time at all to make myself right at home. I can make biscuits with the best of them….purring all the while. And, did I tell you I’m an absolute lovebug…I absolutely adore being loved on. Foster mom says I’m like a puppy because I come to you when called. Playing with feathers on a stick is a favorite….so, you can see I still have some kitten in me. I’m more of a “people kitty” than a “cat’s kitty” and would probably do really well in a home where I could be the only kitty and have someone dote only on me. Perhaps another kitty in the house would be OK, but, only a calm, gentle kitty who doesn’t want me to groom or cuddle….but, maybe I will learn as I don’t mind sleeping on the bed with the other kitties in the house. I was caught almost snuggling with another gentle cat in the house. I’m perfectly content looking out the window, napping in the sunlight…or sleeping in bed with you! A dog in the house might be OK, too, as there is a little dog where I am living now. But…..tell the doggie he cannot chase me, try to play with me, or otherwise engage me in any activity, or be in my face. Foster mom says that I am a very special girl!
