Meet Rufus!  Rufus is a very handsome blue-eyed charmer of a fella!  He recently joined the SHR program after his previous owner decided he was getting too old to take care of Rufus anymore. You see, Rufus was born on the street and taken in by a kind man that is homeless and lives out where Rufus was. For the last 6 months, he has taken good care of this sweet boy, but decided this past week that it was time for Rufus to find his own home. He thought life on the street for Rufus was too hard, so we asked if we could help.

 

Rufus is a 1 year old Lilac-point / Snoeshoe Siamese.  He is as handsome as they come with his beautiful markings and big blue eyes.  He is long and lean and very agile.  The best part is he is a gigantic love bug!!  Rufus adores other cats, dogs, people, anything or anyone that will love on him. We had a hard time getting good pics of him because he head-butts the camera for a schmooze or flips and rolls around so you can rub his belly.  He is a non-stop purr machine and talks to you like you would expect from a happy Siamese!
