My name is Poppy Sox. I am 9 months to a year old and was found outside, alone, pregnant and scared. My previous owners obviously cared very little for me because they never vetted me and left me to die on the mean streets of Houston. I was very lucky when some wonderful rescue people found me, had me completely vetted and sent me to live in a foster home. My foster Meowmy said she has never met a sweeter kitty (of course, just look at me, who could resist?). I love to play and romp about the house and then, when I am all tuckered out, I want to snuggle up and nap or watch some TV. I could live here forever but here's the thing about foster homes, if they don't find me a furever home of my own, then they can't save another scared, lonely, abandoned kitty from the streets.
