Hi, my name is Pita! I am a short- to medium-haired tuxedo kitty, and boy am I cute (even if I do say so myself!). I was rescued at the ripe old age of 2 weeks from the side of Beltway 8. I was lying on the side of this major freeway, and no one would help me, until my rescuers came upon on me--thank goodness! Someone dumped me on the side of the road because I had a broken pelvis, but little did they know that a kitty thatâs only 2 weeks old can repair a broken pelvis in no time flat! Iâm now fit as a fiddle and running and playing all the time, like my pelvis was never broken in the first place. Itâs a good thing someone dumped me, or my rescuers wouldnât have found me and introduced me to all their wonderful doggies! Iâm great with children and dogs and am very playful with people of all ages. I think I actually might BE a dog, but Iâm not quite sure cuz Iâm not nearly as big as they are! See the attached picture of me with my big (and I mean BIG) dog foster siblings! I eat at the same time as them and want to go outside and potty with them, but instead I am a good girl and use my litter box inside the house. I like my belly rubbed , and I like to nurse on your earlobes, as I didnât really get weaned off my mommy. Iâve never seen another cat, so I donât know whether or not Iâd get along with one, but Iâm only 12 weeks old, so I think Iâd be okay with another cat. My favorite pastime is having the dogs chase me around the house and going places they canât! I am a really cool cat, and my rescuers say I do not have an aloof "catitude" because I love to be around my humans and hang with the family. I really love my rescuers , but thereâs a bit too much action around here for little old me, and Iâm looking for a house thatâs got a few less dogs. Wonât you be my new Mommy or Daddy? I know this sounds weird, but I think I would do best in a home with doggies because they are my peeps, and I think I am one of them!
