Meow,

 

 

 

I’m Lucy!   Named after the famous Lucy Ball because of my pretty tufts of red hair!   Not sure how I got such a fabulous name, because I sure didn’t have a fabulous life.  One day, I got lost from my family and found myself on the front steps of an office building.  I had been out there for awhile and I sure was really tired & hungry.  This was my lucky day & I knew it!  Just then, I went to one of the windows and sat there…..for a really long time…..until the nice people behind the glass finally opened it and let me in!  Yeah!  Now the gang at Scout’s Honor Rescue is taking care of me and I really want to find a great home super fast!!

 

Even the nice vet wonders where my old family is-  they had me spayed and everything, but I just couldn’t find my way back to them.  They had me declawed too which hurt me & made it extra tough to take care of myself on the streets.  I can never ever go outside again!!

 

See the picture of me waiting outside?  My little paws were so dirty, a girl hates to be dirty like that & I couldn’t quite get the hang of “roughing it”.  I love to curl up in sinks and on beds.    I’m a sweet girl with long orange and white hair & I loved to be brushed!     I will melt you with my pretty green eyes too.  I’m about 5 years old and a petite gal.  I really just want a quiet PURRFECT home of my own again.  A place where I never have to worry about getting lost again.   I would love to be the #1 kitty in a home and would be great as a single child!
