Meet our sweetest JJ!!  This darling little boy started off life in the hands of the wrong people for sure. One day, while coming home from work and stopped at a light on the I-10 feeder, a little gray ball of fur was thrown out of the truck window in front of us.  Confused on what is was as they sped away, we quickly saw this tiny kitten stumbling to get up and catch him balance.   We quickly snatched JJ up and rushed him to the ER vet.  Luckily, he did not suffer any major injuries, just a lot of road rash to his legs, belly and face.  Why they didn't just leave him outside, or drop him at a shelter, but chose to do something so extremely cruel-  we will never know.  JJ was even featured on Channel 11 last month in regards to the animal dumping problem in Houston. It's been 6 weeks since then and JJ has adjusted fabulously to the good life!  He has lots of foster siblings and loves them all, even the big golden retriever!  His plays all day with the other kitten in the house, the older cats will give him a good tumble as well,  and they speed up an down the stairs like it is a race track built just for them! Then comes the cuddle time and he just can't get enough of that. He loves to lay on your lap, chest or anywhere he can get on.  He will curl up at your pillow at night too.

 

JJ is probably our most endearing foster and will be one of the hardest to see move on, but we know is he is ready and someone is going to be so lucky to have him as part of their family. He is a kind and gentle kitten.  So patient, so eager for his human's attention. A perfectly rounded little gentleman.

 

JJ is now 4 months old, up to date on all his shots, neutered and micro-chipped. All he needs is a family to call his own.
