Ivy

Meet Ivy!  She was found jumping and leaping and playing in a field. Skinny little thing, but happy as can be!  Ivy is approximately 8 months old, she is a petite girl. With snowy white fur, big green eyes and a perfectly pink nose, she is crazy cute!  Ivy has a really loud purr and loves to give head-butts.  Ivy is very much a people person; however, as with any cat, she takes a little bit of time to warm up to a new environment.  Cats are creatures of habit and while Ivy is getting to know her new surroundings, she sniffs, looks around, meows, and growls.  But don't let this show of bravado fool you, she is all purrs and snuggles once she realizes that she is safe.

I would recommend a home with either no other kitties or only one or two very laid back kitties or even a kitty friendly dog.  She has had a lot of changes in her short life, from being left alone outside foraging for food, then to a foster home for a short time, then moved to the vet's office where there were always barking dogs, lots of noise, scary smells, then to our house where our Clowder of cats sits on the other side of the French doors and stares at her ;)  Unfortunately, with Frank's work schedule and mine, we do not have a lot of time to spend with her and she wants nothing more than to be in someone's lap and watch some TV or do some chillaxin while you read a book.

She is fully vetted and ready to go into a loving home TODAY! Meow!
