Hootie 1

Meet handsome Hootie…a five-month old orange and white tabby boy who is quite the talker and singer….so, he was named after the rock group, “Hootie & the Blowfish”!  Hootie is always singing….let me out, pet me, give me some attention.

A day after his brother, Hollywood, was found, plaintive kitty cries were heard, but, no one could find the source.  Then, who should appear from under the porch but starving little Hootie.  Obviously, these two were brothers and were immediately reunited…..how happy they were to see each other!

Hootie is a little needier than Hollywood. He adores being held, given kisses, getting a good pet, and having his tummy rubbed….he loves lots of attention! And, did I tell you that he is quite the lap kitty? Just like a teenager, he lives to play and then flop down for a long nap. The cat charmer wand is a favorite, as are balls with bells, crinkle balls, stuffed mice….just about anything will set him off on a play binge.   He is all boy and loves to tussle with his brother.  Hootie is quite a purr-monster…..he purrs just because he is happy being alive and safe.  He seems to be completely nonchalant about the other kitties, the screaming parrot and the 26-lb. doggie in the house.

Hootie has been neutered, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, received rabies and FVRCP vaccinations and micro chipped.  He’s all set to go!

This great little furkid is a wonderful little sociable being with personality plus!  He is so completely bonded with his brother, Hollywood, that it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together.  How about a couple of matched bookends to grace your home?
