Meet Hootie, a 1 year old Calico. She is a hoot, so the name Hootie actually fits her quite well. She zips around the bed, usually about 3-4 times, then goes sailing off the bed and then she sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiides across the floor tossing her toys in the air, runs around the room, back on the bed, back to the floor :). She absolutely cannot go to a home with small children, she does NOT like for anyone to get in her face and she is like our cats in that when you play with her, she plays as if she is playing with another cat and she bites (not to hurt, but a kid might not see it that way and an overprotective parent might get mad and bring her back - we ALL have seen that happen before, or worse, hurt her). So, she needs to be with cat savvy people who know that he is a VERY active kitty, loves to play, loves to be petted, but do NOT hover over her face and when she is tired of being petted (much like my Bug), she WILL let you know.

If you are looking for a very funny, active, playful, joyful kitty, who also likes to take time out and lay on your chest and purr, then this is the kitty for you :)
