My Name is GiGi I’m a beautiful Maine Coon mix and I was born on April 22, 2006. My foster mom was sitting on her porch one night and I walked up to her for some petting. Foster mom had not seen me for three months….apparently, I was out on the streets having kittens. Needless to say, foster mom grabbed me up and brought me in the house. I had on a very dirty flea collar, so I must have belonged to someone at one time; but they didn’t care about me and left me on the streets, not spayed, to fend for myself. I’m now living in a house with foster mom’s own cats and kittens she has rescued. Looking out the window is one of my favorite activities. I’m very, very sweet and loved to be petted. I’m a good-natured, laid back girl; and I will come to you when called, just like a little puppy. I rub up against your legs to be petted. Sleeping on foster mom’s bed all day long is a pleasure; and, I’ll bet if you talk to me sweetly I’ll sleep in bed with you at night. I’ve even been known to sit on my foster mom’s lap for some petting, and there is still some kitten behavior left in me. Riding in the car in a carrier, going to the vet and taking medications is a snap for me. I’m not a skittish cat and I’m becoming more and more comfortable day by day My foster mom says she can’t believe the change in me.
