Cooper the Cat

Cooper was found hanging around the office of a tire store with a group of feral cats. Starved for attention, Cooper kept trying to sneak into the office until the manager brought him to a nearby vet clinic to be euthanized. He was so sweet that the staff couldn’t stand it – they called me to come and get him instead. Cooper loves to be cuddled and will demand affection from the nearest human with a swipe of his paw. He is a calm, easygoing cat who wants nothing more after his hard days on the street than to lounge in a lap or bask on a window sill. However, he is aggressive toward other cats and is currently confined to a cage. He does fairly well with larger, dominant cats and probably also with dogs. Cooper is looking for a real home where he can roam the premises and stretch out on his owner’s bed at night. He is 2 or 3 years old, already neutered, and current on all shots.
