Carlos (CP)

Carlos is a neutered male about 5 years old and weighs 13lbs. Rescued in an old Houston neighborhood. For over six weeks we have tried finding his home and no one claims him. He could not have been a stray very long because he is in such good shape. He has an unregistered microchip.  Carlos is FEL & FIV negative
