Meet Symon! This poor 12 year old German Shepherd   was turned into the Harris County shelter by his owner with a large tumor on the side of his face!     When we saw that, we knew we had to get him and his sister out of there as soon as possible. SHR went into action and soon they were on their ride out of there. We can’t imagine how painful this must have been for him. Symon has had the tumor removed and is recovering. He has a calm and sweet disposition, and the vets have had no issue when examining and treating him. Symon is a big boy who needs a foster home to help him heal instead of being in boarding.
