Meet one of our newest gals – Carly! Carly (f/k/a Kiana) found herself at Harris County Animal Control just terrified. She is absolutely stunning and a Bernese Mountain dog mix. She is about 70 pounds or so and only about a year old.

When the awesome Harris County volunteer brought her to our boarding facility for us she was absolutely terrified and had to be carried inside. However, within half an hour of her arrival after she knew she was safe she came out of her shell and was bouncing in playing in the yard.

Amazingly, she is heartworm negative and in good health. We don't know how she ended up at the pound, but she is safe now forever and looking for a home.

Carly has great house-manners and is good with both dogs and cats.  She's a bit shy with new people, but once she knows you mean her no harm, she will love you forever!
