Brady held the distinction of being the longest staying dog at BARC in April. He had been at BARC for over 2 months when we got him out. We first saw Brady when we went up to get another dog, and spied him out in one of the play yards. We first noticed him because of a deformity or old injury that he had to his foot/leg. However, it does not slow him down one bit. He was just running around having a blast and seemed like the friendliest guy. So we went back to meet him and found out he is a GREAT dog. We had his leg x-rayed and the vets said it appears to be a birth defect of sorts and it doesn't bother him at all.

He LOVES to play with tennis balls and just run around. He will sit very nicely waiting for you to throw his ball. He is great with other dogs as you can see from his video below from doggie daycare. He also likes every person he meets (including kiddos) and is very affectionate. He does the cutest boxing move with his 2 front feet and bounces like he's dancing!  He would make a great fit for an active person or a family.  He loves kiddos too!  He's carefree and you can tell he loves life!

Check out his video playing with his friends!

Brady is an Akita mix who is about 60 pounds and only 3 years old. He’s up to date on vaccinations, neutered and micro-chipped.  Please consider adopting this sweet boy. All he wants is to have someone to love him back and to be able to play fetch!!
